Solution 1. Get the latest QuickBooks update released by Intuit
To ensure the smooth and proper functioning of QuickBooks, download its update using the steps given below:
Open QuickBooks and click the Help tab.
Select Update QuickBooks Desktop and move to the Update Now tab.
Checkmark the updates you want to download, then tick the Reset Update checkbox to clear previous update downloads.
Click Get Updates.
Restart your system and QuickBooks after downloading the update.

Solution 2. Reactivate QuickBooks payroll service
Open the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS) page.
Go to the Manage your QuickBooks page and pick the service you want to manage.
From the Products & Services, select Payroll Subscription.
Under the blue toolbar, check the status of the subscription.
Under the subscription status, click the Resubscribe link.
Fill up the Reactivate Subscription fields, then click Save and Continue.

Solution 4. Run 3371 Error Fix from the QuickBooks Tool Hub
Close QuickBooks and proceed to download the QuickBooks Tool Hub setup file. Make sure you are downloading the file of the latest version.
Go to Downloads and open the QuickBooksToolHub.exe file.
To install the program, follow the prompt steps and agree to the terms and conditions.
When the install completes, move to your Windows desktop and double-click the tool hub icon to open it.
